Videographer & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative, hands‑on Videographer & Content Creator to produce engaging video assets for our social media channels, campaigns, events and product communications. You will be responsible for turning ideas, people and products into compelling visual stories that support our brand and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, shot lists and plan video shoots, handling locations, props and basic production logistics.
• Capture high‑quality footage using professional cameras, smartphones and related equipment.
• Create short‑form content such as Reels, TikToks, Shorts and LinkedIn videos, as well as interviews, product demos and behind‑the‑scenes clips.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product and HR teams to translate briefs into visual content.
• Direct on‑camera talent, manage lighting, framing, audio and other production elements.
• Edit footage into polished videos, adding motion graphics, captions and branded visual elements.
• Adapt videos for different platforms, aspect ratios and audience requirements.
• Organise and maintain raw footage, project files and content libraries.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in videography or content creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video work for social media or digital platforms.
• Ability to manage a project from idea through shooting, editing and final delivery.
• Comfortable directing employees, presenters or clients during shoots.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site shoots, events and campaigns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or After Effects.
• Hands‑on experience with cameras, smartphones, lighting and microphone equipment.
• Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, framing, lighting and sound.
