Video Production Manager

About the role

Stills on Sticks is seeking a Video Production Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end YouTube production pipeline. You will coordinate creative teams, ensure quality standards, and apply data‑driven insights to maximize viewer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full YouTube content pipeline from scripting to final delivery.
• Coordinate writers, editors, producers, and sound teams to align with brand voice and strategy.
• Maintain production calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely video releases.
• Review content at key checkpoints for visual, narrative, and stylistic consistency.
• Provide creative direction to improve pacing, structure, and retention.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate performance and suggest improvements to thumbnails, titles, and overall structure.
• Liaise across departments to resolve bottlenecks and support junior team members.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in content coordination, production management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of YouTube strategy, retention techniques, and platform best practices.
• Familiarity with editing workflows and basic knowledge of color, sound, and motion.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment with rapidly evolving YouTube trends.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of LKR 150,000
• Full‑time schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 9 AM‑5 PM Sri Lanka Time
