Vice President – Business Operations

About the role

The Vice President – IronOne will lead the overall business operations of ATrad and AI Labs, taking full accountability for revenue growth, profitability and operational performance. This is a highly execution‑focused, sales‑driven leadership position that requires strong discipline, proactive sales management and financial control.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a strong sales culture with clear revenue targets, monitor pipelines, conversions and deal closures.
• Align Sales and Delivery teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
• Establish structured processes and dashboards for consistent, predictable performance across all functions.
• Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, identify gaps early and implement corrective actions.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of the P&L for IronOne, optimizing revenue, margins and cash flow.
• Lead regular business reviews and provide data‑driven updates to senior leadership.
• Build a performance‑driven, disciplined work environment that promotes ownership and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in general management, operations or business leadership.
• Proven track record in P&L management and revenue growth.
• Strong sales leadership experience with ability to accelerate deal cycles.
• Excellent analytical, financial and operational discipline.
