About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Travel Consultants to join our Colombo office and support US‑based customers during the night shift. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help travelers plan and book their trips while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and tour packages.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance for travel‑related inquiries and booking changes.
- Promote and upsell additional travel products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer information.
Required profile
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Passion for customer service and the travel industry.
- Willingness to work the US night shift.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
