Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Consultant to design and manage domestic and international travel itineraries for our clients. The role involves providing expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, and travel options while delivering high‑quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Advise clients on travel options, destinations, and visa requirements.
• Process air ticket reservations, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements using GDS platforms.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all travel documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry.
• Diploma or qualification in Travel & Tourism Management; IATA certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, hotel booking, visa processing and travel itineraries.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems – Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
