About the role
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Technician to join our Engineering Division in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka. The role offers hands‑on experience with printer consumables, field service, and maintenance tasks while supporting some of the country’s largest companies.
Key responsibilities
- Test toner and ink cartridges for performance and quality.
- Recycle used ink cartridges according to environmental standards.
- Provide on‑site field service, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Carry out repairs and routine maintenance of printing equipment.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma in IT or a related technical field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Basic understanding of information technology concepts.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is a plus.
