About the role
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Site Engineer to join XGEN House Builders’ construction team in Dikwella. This position offers hands‑on on‑site construction experience and the chance to develop practical skills alongside an experienced project team.
Key responsibilities
- Daily site supervision and coordination of construction activities.
- Reading drawings, taking measurements, and checking completed work under guidance.
- Maintaining site records, progress reports, and material records.
- Coordinating with labour teams and subcontractors.
- Supporting site quality and safety practices.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing or completed a qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work collaboratively with the site team.
