Trainee Graphic Designer – Digital Printing Team

About the role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Trainee Graphic Designer to join our digital printing team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in creating print‑ready visuals while learning to leverage AI tools for faster, higher‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics and visual assets for digital printing projects, including banners, posters, and social media images.
• Use AI‑based image generation and enhancement tools to produce and refine visuals according to brief requirements.
• Develop effective AI prompting techniques to achieve consistent, high‑quality results.
• Prepare files for print, ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, and color profiles.
• Adjust designs based on feedback from customers or internal stakeholders.
• Support the creation of promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Continuously explore new AI and design software to improve workflow.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
• Interest in AI‑generated imagery and willingness to experiment with new tools.
• Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow design specifications.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with a relevant qualification in Graphic Design.
