Ticketing Executive

About the role

The Ticketing Executive will work on‑site in Negombo, handling daily ticket sales, reservations and customer interactions. This full‑time position focuses on delivering a smooth ticketing experience while supporting sales initiatives and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Issue tickets and manage bookings using the company’s reservation system.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update ticketing data in real time.
• Provide responsive customer service, answer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote available services, offers and special packages to increase sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and document all transactions.
• Prepare basic reports on ticketing activity and sales performance.

Required profile

• Strong ticket sales and reservation experience, preferably in travel, hospitality or related sectors.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in tourism, hospitality or business are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, including weekends or shift work as needed.
• Good numerical aptitude, time‑management and organizational abilities.
