Territory Manager

About the role

Join Lion Brewery as a Territory Manager and drive trade marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility and sales performance. You will own a defined market, develop growth strategies, and work closely with customers and partners to deliver measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Implement trade marketing initiatives to maximize in‑market visibility and brand performance.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyze market data, monitor competitor activity, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Deliver against sales KPIs and provide accurate, timely reporting.

Required profile

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or territory management, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate, and influence decision‑makers.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and self‑motivation.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and data‑driven reporting.
