Tender Manager

About the role

Biomedite Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead its Tender Department. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end tender and quotation processes for government and private‑sector contracts within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, review, and submission of tenders and quotations.
• Coordinate pricing, technical, regulatory and supplier inputs.
• Ensure timely compliance with government and private‑sector tender requirements.
• Prepare proposals, pricing sheets, agreements and related documentation.
• Liaise with government institutions, suppliers, banks, customers and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate tender records, compliance documentation and ERP updates.
• Lead, supervise and develop the Tender team while monitoring KPIs and daily performance.
• Monitor deadlines, workflow and urgent tender requirements.
• Handle clarifications, No Quote/Decline to Bid letters, bid bonds and other tender‑related correspondence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Procurement or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in Tender Management or Quotation Management.
• Strong knowledge of government and private‑sector tender processes.
• Proven leadership, coordination and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage.
