Telesales Executive – Student Recruitment (Remote)

About the role

Talent Care Education Ltd., a UK‑based education consultancy, is seeking a confident and friendly Telesales Executive to guide UK home students, especially adult learners, from their first enquiry through to enrolment. The role is target‑driven, using a soft, consultative sales approach and operates on UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound enquiries from prospective students.
• Understand each student’s education background, experience and career goals.
• Explain suitable courses, entry requirements and application procedures.
• Counsel adult learners professionally without aggressive sales tactics.
• Follow up consistently via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Support students with applications, required documents and interview preparation.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve defined KPIs such as daily calls, follow‑ups, applications and enrolments.
• Convert assigned leads from initial enquiry to enrolment and provide regular performance updates.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, listening and student‑counselling abilities.
• Previous experience in telesales, student recruitment, call centre or customer service.
• Confidence in handling objections and converting leads.
• Target‑driven, organised and consistent with follow‑ups.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote‑working environment.
• Ability to work UK business hours.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
