TeleSales Associate / Executive (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated TeleSales Associate/Executive to drive B2B exhibition sales across multiple international events. You will build pipelines, engage senior decision‑makers and support exhibitors to maximise their ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and nurture prospects for exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities across specialist sectors.
• Conduct cold calls and relationship management with SMEs to multinational corporations.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date.
• Drive weekly sales campaigns and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and other internal teams to ensure event success.
• Support both new and returning exhibitors throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline health.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven B2B tele‑sales or exhibition sales experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Highly organised, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
