Telecaller – Outbound Student Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for confident, friendly and enthusiastic telecallers to join our growing team in Colombo. In this telephone‑based position you will speak with prospective students who have shown interest in professional education and career development, introducing them to the opportunities offered by the College of Contract Management United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound telephone calls to prospective students.
• Introduce the College and its educational opportunities.
• Ask questions to understand each individual’s needs and provide clear, helpful information.
• Follow up with people who have previously expressed interest.
• Build positive relationships over the phone and maintain accurate conversation records.
• Work towards individual call and engagement targets.
• Communicate regularly with colleagues and management.

Required profile

• Confident speaking on the telephone and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Friendly, energetic, approachable and a clear communicator.
• Good listener, positive, resilient and motivated to achieve targets.
• Willing to learn and comfortable working in a busy office environment.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service or related roles is beneficial but not essential.
