Tele Sales Executive – On‑site Colombo (UK Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a confident, target‑driven Tele Sales Executive to join our on‑site team in Colombo. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting products and services, and generating sales opportunities while working UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Promote products and services to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Improve conversion rates through effective sales techniques.
• Address customer queries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work UK shift timings (2:00 PM – 11:30 PM).
• Positive attitude and strong motivation to achieve sales goals.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or call‑center environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
