Technical Program Management Engineer

About the role

As a Technical Program Management Engineer at Variosystems, you will drive cross‑functional projects that deliver reliable electronic solutions for critical industries. You will act as the bridge between customers, engineering, and production, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, own schedules, delivery targets, and budgets.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements, evaluate feasibility, and propose solutions.
• Calculate product costs based on material and production data and support pricing discussions.
• Lead project set‑ups and drive initiatives without direct disciplinary authority.
• Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize margin contribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and follow through on commitments.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word; experience with MS 365, advanced Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP) is a plus.
