About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Officer to join our construction team in Galle. The role involves overseeing building projects, ensuring technical standards are met, and supporting site operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise construction sites and monitor daily progress.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings and reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with construction processes, safety standards and quality requirements.
- Assist in planning and scheduling of construction activities.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in building construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site supervision.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
