Technical Lead – Full Stack (Python, React & AI-Assisted Development)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the architecture, design, and development of full‑stack applications using Python and React, while championing AI‑assisted coding practices across the engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of full‑stack apps with Python and React.
• Drive adoption of AI‑assisted and agentic coding across the team.
• Use AI coding tools for rapid prototyping, debugging, testing, and code modernization.
• Set engineering standards to keep AI‑generated code secure, maintainable, and production‑ready.
• Own technical design, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Mentor engineers on modern, AI‑native development practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Python and React.
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, and scalable architecture.
• Proven experience with AI coding assistants and agentic development workflows.
• Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI‑generated solutions.
