Technical Lead – Angular & Spring Boot

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high‑performance full‑stack applications using Angular and Spring Boot. The role blends hands‑on engineering with solution design, stakeholder collaboration, and the responsible adoption of AI‑assisted development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of Angular front‑ends and Spring Boot back‑ends, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, coding conventions, reusable patterns, and CI/CD best practices.
• Translate functional and non‑functional requirements into robust technical designs and RESTful APIs.
• Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, product owners, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Drive the responsible use of AI‑assisted coding tools, ensuring outputs meet security, quality, and compliance standards.

Required profile

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on enterprise‑grade full‑stack applications.
• At least 2 years of proven technical leadership, mentoring, and decision‑making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in client‑facing environments.
• Hands‑on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery cycles.

Required skills

• Angular (v19+) with TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3.
• Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
• Design and implementation of RESTful APIs.
• MySQL database design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Git version control, branching strategies, and code review practices.
• CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Docker containerization; Kubernetes exposure is a plus.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
