Technical Delivery Engineer

About the role

BoardPAC is seeking a Technical Delivery Engineer to join its Colombo office. The role focuses on delivering, supporting, and maintaining the company’s digital board meeting automation platform for global enterprise clients. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deployments and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows Server, APIs, mobile operating systems and related product issues.
• Deploy software in client environments, including onsite visits when required.
• Manage new deployments and upgrades through IIS, hosting Angular applications and APIs.
• Release service patches, change requests and customisations remotely or onsite.
• Maintain high‑quality customer service and own user‑reported issues from identification to resolution.
• Troubleshoot production problems efficiently while meeting strict SLA response and resolution times.
• Provide support via telephone, remote access and email, and be available for occasional evenings, weekends or shift work.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS and networking.
• Basic knowledge of Azure App Service, Azure CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis and to travel for onsite deployments.
• Based in Colombo and able to report to the BoardPAC office.
