Tech Lead – UWP

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Windows applications using C#, UWP, XAML, and SQLite.
• Architect and implement integrations with .NET 10 Web API services using RESTful communication.
• Drive application architecture, technical design, performance optimization, and overall code quality.
• Ensure applications meet high standards for performance, reliability, usability, and security.
• Own application packaging, signing, deployment, and Microsoft Store release lifecycle.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver reliable end‑to‑end solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure maintainable, scalable, and high‑quality code.
• Investigate complex production and QA issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive effective technical resolutions.
• Proactively identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improving application stability and maintainability.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, particularly .NET and Windows desktop application development.
• Hands‑on experience with C#, UWP, XAML UI, and Windows application development.
• Strong knowledge of SQLite, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
• Solid understanding of MVVM architecture and design patterns.
• Hands‑on experience integrating Windows applications with .NET Web APIs and RESTful services.
• Experience with Git, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application release processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables and work effectively within a development team.
