Tech Lead

About the role

The Tech Lead will provide technical delivery leadership for a small to medium sized engineering team, combining senior coding responsibilities with line‑management duties. The role involves close communication with internal management and clients, ensuring high‑quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team through analysis, design, coding, testing, build and deployment for medium to large scale projects.
• Provide accurate implementation estimates and ensure software quality through unit, component and end‑to‑end testing.
• Mentor junior engineers on quality practices and guide the team in SDLC standards.
• Play multiple SDLC roles such as Scrum Master and component architect.
• Configure, automate and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform line‑management functions, supporting career development and skill improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least six years of experience, including 2+ years in a similar C++ technical leadership role.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to understand financial markets.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
