Tech Lead - Full Stack

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Lead to drive the development of full‑stack applications. The role involves leading a cross‑functional team, shaping architecture, and ensuring high‑quality code delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Node.js/Express.js backend services.
• Collaborate with front‑end engineers to integrate React.js components.
• Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Mentor team members on OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
• Coordinate agile and scrum ceremonies, track progress, and remove blockers.
• Implement unit tests using Jest and ensure test coverage.
• Manage source control with GitLab and oversee CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate and adopt cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
