Team Manager - Legal Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Team Manager – Legal Officer to join a dynamic client team operating in the fintech and digital services space. The role combines hands‑on contract work with leadership of a group of legal analysts, providing legal guidance that supports day‑to‑day business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of Subject Matter Experts, primarily Legal Analysts.
• Communicate fluently with clients, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet project deadlines under pressure and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in legal operations, copyright, publishing or KPO environments.
• Exposure to corporate industry and experience in team leadership or supervision.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
