Team Leader – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Team Leader to oversee manufacturing operations that deliver high‑quality consumer health products. The role ensures optimal resource utilization, cost efficiency, and timely supply to meet both organizational and marketing demands.

Key responsibilities

• Follow garment and footwear change requirements and maintain strict personal hygiene as defined in SOPs.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles throughout all activities.
• Ensure machines run smoothly to meet production targets and report any abnormal noises, breakdowns, or stoppages immediately.
• Maintain accurate documentation, complete batch manufacturing records (BMR) without errors, and fill data sheets on time.
• Monitor facility operations continuously during processing and support knowledge transfer to new team members.
• Participate in waste‑minimisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead the assigned team, supervise processes, and ensure required conditions, documentation, and control procedures are in place.
• Engage with the MERP system to support day‑to‑day production activities.
• Collaborate with other departments during job‑rotation opportunities as needed.
• Follow EHS policies, report violations, near‑miss incidents, and accidents, and comply with lifesaving rules.

Required profile

• Commitment to GMP and strict adherence to SOPs.
• Ability to monitor machine performance and promptly report issues.
• Experience supervising production processes and leading a manufacturing team.
• Willingness to mentor new team members and support continuous improvement.
• Strong focus on EHS compliance and incident reporting.
