Team Lead – Post Sales – Information Security

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Information Security professional to lead our Post‑Sales Information Security engineering team. In this role you will act as the technical backbone, collaborating with vendors, distributors, customers, sales, and engineering teams to deliver and demonstrate the business value of cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead KBSL’s Cyber Security practice, overseeing project delivery, support services, and professional services engagements.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the Information Security engineering team, allocate tasks, and review technical work.
• Develop and implement timelines to achieve team goals and ensure coordinated delivery across engineering pillars.
• Plan and execute changes to cybersecurity infrastructure to improve usability and productivity.
• Conduct detailed analysis, define technology requirements, and design cybersecurity solutions.
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex security incidents and drive root‑cause resolution.
• Prepare effort estimations for new opportunities, RFPs, and renewal BOM validations.
• Oversee certification planning, new product onboarding, and service reviews for key customers.
• Mentor engineers and maintain high standards in designs, solutions, BoQ, SoW, and engineering efforts.

Required profile

• B.Sc./B.Eng./MSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security or related field.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, CISM, CISA, GSEC, CEH, PIM, ITIL.
• Strong knowledge of current cybersecurity standards, technologies, and industry trends.
