Team Lead – IT Infrastructure (Cloud)

About the role

Join Infomate’s dynamic IT Infrastructure team as a Team Lead, driving the company’s cloud transformation on Microsoft Azure. You will oversee the design, implementation, and operation of cloud services while mentoring a skilled team of engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Azure estate—including VMs, networking, storage, IAM, and PaaS services—to ensure high availability, security, scalability, and performance.
• Run vulnerability scans and security reviews, prioritize findings, and remediate through patching, hardening, and configuration changes in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Implement and enforce security controls that meet company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on sizing, deployment, troubleshooting, support escalations, and ongoing maintenance of cloud solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the infrastructure team and drive IT projects from design through testing and deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Administration, or Application Support.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Backup, and Security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), firewalls, SD‑WAN, and endpoint management solutions.
• Proven ability to support enterprise applications and work closely with external vendors.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership abilities.
