Team Lead – IT Infrastructure (Cloud)

About the role

Join Infomate’s dynamic IT Infrastructure team as a Team Lead, driving the company’s cloud transformation journey. You will oversee Microsoft Azure environments, ensure service reliability, and guide a talented team in delivering high‑quality infrastructure services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, guaranteeing high availability, security, and performance.
• Provide Level 1 support for enterprise business applications, handling incidents and maintaining system uptime.
• Coordinate application access, upgrades, deployments, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Monitor cloud resources, support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity while optimizing costs.
• Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Entra ID (Azure AD) and enterprise identity & access management.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, ISO 27001 standards, and assist with vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, audit records, and enforce vendor SLA compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Infrastructure team, promoting automation and continuous improvement.
• Participate in infrastructure, cloud, application, and digital transformation projects, identifying optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Administration, or Application Support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and leadership abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
