Team Lead - Finance

About the role

Intrepid Travel is looking for a Finance Team Lead to head its Accounts Payable and Receivable functions while supporting core accounting activities. You will work closely with global stakeholders, ensure high‑quality service, and drive continuous improvement across financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams.
• Oversee month‑end closing, reconciliations and timely delivery of financial information for decision‑making and statutory reporting.
• Support core accounting tasks and collaborate with global finance partners.
• Maintain high service standards and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate team performance.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably with prior people‑management responsibilities.
• Strong process orientation and system competence.
• Proficient in MS Office with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, accountable and proactive in meeting deadlines.
