This hybrid role offers a fast‑track learning environment for candidates interested in sourcing and placing talent from Assistant Manager to C‑Suite levels.

Key responsibilities

• Headhunting & Talent Sourcing: conduct proactive headhunting, identify passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, and build company‑wise and industry‑wise talent maps.
• Research & Market Mapping: research target companies and competitors, map organisational structures and create candidate lists through structured research.
• Candidate Engagement: approach candidates via LinkedIn, email and phone, pitch relevant opportunities and maintain long‑term professional relationships.
• Search & Screening: translate job descriptions into effective search strategies, use Boolean Search and LinkedIn Recruiter, and screen/shortlist candidates against defined criteria.
• Team & Delivery: collaborate with the search team, meet daily/weekly sourcing KPIs and keep pipelines and activity reports up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology, Commerce or related field.
• 0–3 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search or related areas; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication, research and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

What we offer

• Salary range LKR 30,000 – 120,000 per month.
• Quarterly performance incentive of LKR 200,000 – 600,000.
• Annual performance bonus.
