Talent Acquisition Specialist – Executive Search (Hybrid)

Join Career141 – Executive Search as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and work on local and international executive search assignments across multiple industries. This hybrid position offers hands‑on experience from assistant‑manager to C‑suite mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive headhunting and talent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and databases.
• Research target companies, map organisational structures and build talent maps for various sectors.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, email and phone, pitch opportunities and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Translate job descriptions into search strategies, screen and shortlist candidates, and keep accurate activity logs.
• Collaborate with the search team, meet daily/weekly KPIs and keep pipelines up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology, Commerce or related field.
• 0–3 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search or related areas; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good research and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid setup and possessing a professional LinkedIn network.
