About the role

Join Career141, a leading executive search firm, as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter intern. You will support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for senior and executive positions, gaining exposure to both local and international markets while building a professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in strategic headhunting and executive search assignments from initial brief to offer stage.
• Conduct market research, candidate sourcing, and preliminary screening for senior‑level roles.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and client databases.
• Support senior consultants in preparing client presentations and interview coordination.
• Help develop and nurture long‑term relationships with professionals across multiple industries.
