Talent Acquisition Intern (Recruitment)

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment support. You will work closely with the Talent team to help streamline interview processes, maintain engagement calendars, and assist with employee development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and interview panels.
• Assist the Talent team in shortlisting internship applicants.
• Maintain and regularly update the university engagement calendar, ensuring required approvals.
• Update tracking sheets to monitor progress against open positions.
• Support reference checks and follow‑up communications for selected candidates.
• Contribute to planning and execution of the Intern Development Program.
• Help design and circulate quarterly highlights and employee milestone flyers.
• Coordinate logistics and communication for wellbeing sessions and related initiatives.
• Assist in organizing the semi‑annual “Coffee with CEO” session, handling communications and scheduling.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in an HR or administrative function (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in Human Resources, Talent Development, or Organizational Behavior.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
