Talent Acquisition Expert – Global Market

About the role

GLC Europe is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Expert with over 10 years of headhunting experience, preferably in international markets. This senior‑level position will own the end‑to‑end headhunting process, develop sourcing strategies, identify high‑quality candidates, and build global client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end headhunting and candidate sourcing across global markets.
• Identify, approach, assess, and engage high‑quality candidates for specialized and senior‑level positions.
• Develop and implement effective headhunting and talent sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Establish and continuously improve the company’s headhunting processes and best practices.
• Build and maintain a strong international talent pool across multiple industries and functions.
• Identify and develop potential global clients and establish long‑term business relationships.
• Understand client hiring requirements and provide tailored talent acquisition solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and client information, reports, and pipelines using Excel and other recruitment tools.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Headhunting.
• Strong experience in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting across international/global markets is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and MS Excel.
