Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Join the dynamic HR team at Maga Engineering and lead the recruitment of skilled and unskilled talent for large‑scale construction projects across Sri Lanka. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end hiring, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and trade tests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for technical, engineering, and staff positions.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, trade testing, and field drives.
• Create and publish recruitment ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and recruitment events with project and departmental teams.
• Maintain recruitment databases, talent pipelines, and applicant tracking records.
• Build relationships with site teams and manpower suppliers to ensure timely employee mobilization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with bulk recruitment strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in LinkedIn recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in Facebook advertising for talent acquisition.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms for recruitment.
