Talent Acquisition Associate (Operations & Employer Branding)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate focused on Operations and Employer Branding to ensure smooth recruitment processes and strengthen our employer brand. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to improve candidate experience and support efficient hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities across the Talent Acquisition function.
• Coordinate recruitment workflows and ensure timely progression of hiring activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Track key recruitment metrics and contribute to data‑driven improvements.
• Assist with process enhancements and standardisation of TA operations.
• Provide administrative support for seamless recruitment delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate communications and queries.
• Coordinate interviews, follow‑ups, and candidate updates throughout the hiring journey.
• Help deliver a positive, candidate‑first experience across all recruitment channels.
• Support employer branding initiatives on digital and offline platforms.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, recruitment coordination, HR operations, marketing, or administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace collaboration tools.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
