Supply Chain Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our team and support our supply chain and procurement operations. The position is based in Kandana, Sri Lanka and is a full‑time role.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end supply chain activities, including local and international sourcing.
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier coordination and follow‑ups.
• Monitor demand plan schedules, documentation, deliveries and inventory movements.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and products to support operational requirements.
• Coordinate with finance, warehouse, production, quality and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate supply chain records and documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times and outstanding orders.
• Support cost control, process improvements and supply chain reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics.
• Good understanding of purchasing and logistics processes.
• Experience handling local and international suppliers is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
