About the role
We are seeking a recent graduate with a background in Supply Chain Management to join our logistics team. The role offers hands‑on experience in document processing, shipping coordination and import clearance, providing a solid foundation for a career in supply chain operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process PI and BOI forms, prepare Excel files, stamp e‑flow applications and generate PDF documents.
- Compile complete document sets and share them with the supply manager.
- Draft shipping documents, verify details with headquarters and issue shipping advice to customers.
- Coordinate import clearance, track approval progress, ensure banking documents reach Lanka before ETA, and liaise with logistics service providers.
- Monitor POD and ATA updates in the system, follow up with LSPs, and maintain accurate records of physical shipping documents.
- Keep the document room organized and up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate from a recognized university.
- Supply Chain Management background preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
