Supervising Associate – Project Management (Assistant Manager)

About the role

Join EY's Strategy Execution & Operations team to lead the planning, governance and execution of Executive Insights Command Centre initiatives for the USLI region. The role blends strong project‑management capability with commercial awareness and global stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Line Leader to execute segment strategy and ensure alignment with market priorities.
• Manage and track progress of strategy‑execution projects, maintaining governance frameworks, RACI matrices, risk and issue logs.
• Coordinate delivery across Markets, Service Lines, Global Analytics, Operations and reporting teams.
• Prepare board packs, pursuit reviews and support leadership enablement activities.
• Monitor business KPIs, reporting service levels and drive operational improvements, standardisation and automation.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in project or program management, business operations or strategy execution.
• Consultative approach with strong risk‑management and emotional‑intelligence skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across a global matrix organisation.
• Experience in a Big‑4 or comparable professional‑services environment is preferred.
