About the role

The Student Visa Consultant will support prospective students in navigating visa applications, securing admissions, and achieving their study abroad goals. This client‑focused position combines sales, advisory, and administrative responsibilities within a dynamic education consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth while delivering excellent client service.
• Prepare detailed reports and conduct regular sales performance reviews.
• Coordinate and participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Convert leads into registrations and guide clients through the visa process.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Meet deadlines and achieve assigned targets.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in SLIM, CIM, Tourism, Visa Consultancy, business or a related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in student visa consultation, foreign employment, or education placement.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and self‑motivated, energetic personality.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil speaking is an advantage.
