Student Recruitment Executive

About the role

Lanka Academy is seeking a motivated Student Recruitment Executive to drive enrolments across its range of English‑language and professional programmes, including IELTS, PTE, Business English and more. The role focuses on converting enquiries into enrolled students through professional counselling and strong relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and manage prospective student enquiries.
• Conduct consultations to understand students’ educational goals and recommend suitable programmes.
• Follow up leads via calls, WhatsApp and other channels to convert them into paid registrations.
• Maintain an accurate recruitment pipeline and update the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Support promotional campaigns, events and student recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrolment experience.

Required profile

• Confident and professional communicator, persuasive yet not pushy.
• Strong relationship‑building and follow‑up abilities.
• Commercially minded, target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Organised, disciplined in lead management and comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about education and student development.
