Student Enrollment Executive

About the role

The Student Enrollment Executive will guide prospective students through the complete enrollment journey at Gatwick College of Business & Technology. Based on the Kandy campus, the role involves answering inquiries, providing program information, and ensuring a smooth registration process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to prospective‑student inquiries via phone, email and in‑person.
• Provide accurate details on programmes, entry requirements, fees and schedules.
• Conduct campus or virtual tours and information sessions.
• Process applications, verify documentation and maintain records in the enrollment system.
• Follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of requirements.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support the admission workflow.
• Participate in outreach activities and initiatives aimed at improving the student admission experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain complex information clearly.
• Customer‑service orientation with empathy and professional conduct.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple inquiries and applications.
• Competence with office software and student information systems, comfortable working with data and basic reporting.
• Sales or counseling experience related to student recruitment or educational decision‑making.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance.
• Prior experience in admissions, student services or education administration is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in business, management, education or a related field is preferred.
