State Licensed Industrial Foreman / Journeyman Control Electrician

About the role

We are seeking a State Licensed Industrial Foreman/Journeyman Control Electrician to join our team on heavy civil projects across Washington and Oregon. The ideal candidate will bring 5‑10 years of experience, strong technical expertise, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset to keep projects moving forward.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Install, maintain, and work with cable tray systems and cabling.
• Perform control wiring and terminations with accuracy and quality.
• Complete required project documentation and field reports.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Assist with planning and layout of daily electrical tasks.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and subcontractors.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Required profile

• Current Washington and Oregon Journeyman license (required).
• 5‑10 years of experience with industrial electrical systems on heavy civil projects.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Ability to travel 100% of the time (company provides per diem for assignments >70 miles).
• Physical ability to work at heights, lift up to 50 lb, and perform demanding field tasks.

What we offer

• Pay range $28–$46 per hour, DOE.
• Washington Davis‑Bacon rules with additional fringe benefits.
• $600 per week subsistence/per diem for travel assignments >70 miles.
