Solutions Architect – Finance & Controlling (FICO)

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Architect specialized in SAP FICO to join MAS in Malabe. The role will partner with business verticals to shape and deliver the digital roadmap, driving technology transformation across finance, treasury and controlling functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee design and analysis of high‑level SAP FICO solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Maintain and enforce the Risk and Control Matrix (RCM) and related controls.
• Manage change requests, ensuring appropriate technical solutions are delivered.
• Collaborate with process governance teams to guarantee compliance of solution changes.
• Work with technical architects to assess effort and feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Support Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) pipelines by designing and maintaining user‑driven systems.
• Engage proactively with internal stakeholders, banks, technology partners and government authorities before solution implementation.
• Research emerging technology trends applicable to finance processes and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT.
• 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience with SAP, preferably in the Finance and Management Accounting modules.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and risk‑control frameworks.
