Solutions Architect – AI Business Solutions

About the role

Tech One Global Lanka Pvt Ltd is looking for a Solutions Architect – AI Business Solutions to lead the technical pre‑sales function for its Modern Work practice. The role blends deep Microsoft 365 expertise with the ability to embed AI‑driven productivity capabilities, supporting new customer acquisitions, migrations and platform modernisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to IT Directors, CIOs and business leaders, guiding strategic Microsoft 365 solution conversations.
• Own the full technical pre‑sales lifecycle: qualification, discovery, environment assessment, solution design, proof‑of‑concept delivery, effort estimation and commercial proposal.
• Design end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 architectures covering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams (including Teams Phone and Direct Routing) and cross‑workload governance.
• Develop migration strategies for Google Workspace, Lotus Notes, on‑premises Exchange and SharePoint to Microsoft 365, including road‑maps, cut‑over plans and hybrid coexistence designs.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI capabilities into solution proposals to create differentiation and business value.
• Handle technical objections, competitive displacement scenarios and multi‑stakeholder engagements without escalation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Microsoft 365 pre‑sales or solution architecture engagements.
• Strong understanding of productivity maturity, compliance requirements and migration best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior business and IT decision‑makers.
• Track record of delivering successful greenfield deployments, migrations and modernisation projects.
