Software Sales Specialist

About the role

OrangeHRM is seeking a motivated Software Sales Specialist to join its Inside Sales team. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for selling OrangeHRM’s software solutions to customers within an assigned territory using phone, email and direct marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver product presentations and demos via Webex.
• Define sales plans and qualify new business opportunities.
• Promote the development of new sales opportunities both directly and with partners.
• Participate in general marketing and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer data in the OrangeHRM CRM system.
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts to management.
• Contribute to process improvements and suggest organizational enhancements.
• Perform other sales duties as assigned by the sales manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software account management or inside sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
