Software Sales Specialist – Inside Sales

About the role

OrangeHRM is seeking a motivated Software Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of its HR software solutions. Reporting to the Vice President, you will work remotely or from the office to engage prospects, deliver demos, and close deals within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver product presentations and live demos via Webex.
• Develop and execute sales plans, qualifying new business opportunities.
• Identify and nurture new sales opportunities both directly and through partners.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer data in the OrangeHRM CRM system.
• Provide monthly and quarterly forecasts to management.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to organizational efficiency.
• Perform additional sales duties as assigned by the sales manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside software sales or account management.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑driven with a results‑oriented mindset.
