Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer – C++

About the role

Inivos is seeking a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer to develop and test embedded software for vehicle platforms. You will work in an international, Agile environment, integrating software components and ensuring high quality through validation and verification.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and test embedded C++ software for various vehicle platforms, ensuring compliance with system requirements.
• Configure, implement, and integrate software sub‑components into a unified software stack.
• Create and execute test cases using diverse testing techniques and perform validation and verification.
• Debug and resolve issues in embedded software, including Android‑based components.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile setting and ensure hardware‑software compatibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, especially in embedded systems.
• Strong English communication skills in a technical environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C++ (C++11/14) for embedded development.
• Hands‑on experience with Android development.
• Experience with Linux development environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Knowledge of software integration processes and hardware‑software interaction.
