Software Account Manager – Inside Sales

About the role

OrangeHRM is seeking a motivated Software Account Manager to drive sales of its HR software solutions. Reporting to the Vice President, you will work remotely or from the office to engage prospects via phone, email and online presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver product demos and presentations using Webex.
• Define sales plans, qualify new business opportunities and develop pipelines.
• Collaborate with partners to create new sales opportunities.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer data in the OrangeHRM CRM system.
• Provide monthly and quarterly forecasts to management.
• Suggest process improvements and perform additional sales duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software account management or inside sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Comfortable using web‑based collaboration tools and CRM platforms.

Required skills

• Webex for virtual presentations.
• CRM system for data management.
