Social Media Strategist – Digital Presence for Mental Health

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Strategist to strengthen our digital presence across mental health and community wellbeing initiatives. You will craft compelling stories, engage audiences, and help drive positive social impact through our online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage Kalyana’s social media platforms.
• Plan and execute engaging content and campaigns.
• Write captions, copy, and messaging for campaigns.
• Assist with content strategy, audience engagement, and growth initiatives.
• Identify trends, insights, and storytelling opportunities.
• Coordinate with designers and project teams.
• Support awareness campaigns, wellness initiatives, and community engagement activities.

Required profile

• Strong interest in social media, branding, and digital communication.
• Creativity and excellent written communication skills.
• Basic graphic design or content creation ability (advantageous).
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current digital trends.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Genuine interest in mental health, wellbeing, and purpose‑driven work.
